The Christmas season is traditionally a time of giving – and at HTR, we decided to do something special this year: instead of giving Christmas gifts to our customers, we donated the equivalent amount on behalf of our customers to the OÖ Tafel food bank in Wels.

We were also able to contribute donations in kind, supported by our sister company RICO Elastomere Projecting GmbH. This allowed us to support the work of the OÖ Tafel even more directly and make a contribution that really helps people in need.

From small beginnings to big impact

The OÖ Tafel in Wels does impressive work: 17 years ago, Erwin Hehenberger started with a small soup kitchen – today it has grown into a large association that provides people in need with food and essential supplies every day.

During our tour of the food bank, we were able to experience first-hand how professionally and dedicatedly the staff work here. It was impressive to see how many people the OÖ Tafel supports every day and how much heart and soul goes into this association.

Why we support this campaign

For us at HTR Wels, it's not just about keeping machines running reliably and implementing projects successfully. Especially during the Christmas season, we want to take on social responsibility and make a difference that directly helps people.

By making donations and donating goods on behalf of our customers, we involve our partners in this good cause – together we can achieve more.
